HOW IT WORKS
You will receive your unique, individual access to the full version of the test (containing 128 questions) and schedule an appointed with our certified consultant.
THE TEST
We will send the access link and your individual access code to the email address that you will share with us in your billing information.
With your unique access code in hand, you can fill in and submit the test your way! If you do not finish the test at the first go, you can come back to it at any moment using the same access link and access code. Your previous responses will be saved in the form, and you can still modify them for as long as you don’t submit the test for evaluation.
After submission, your full personal assessment will be displayed on screen. Furthermore, you will receive an email containing:

POST-TEST INDIVIDUAL STRATEGIC CAREER ADVISORY SESSION
After completing the test, you will be asked to schedule a personalized career advisory session with one of our certified consultants (available in English or Polish), selected specifically for you by the test’s author, Dr. Natalia Bielczyk, from our database of certified trainers. Natalia may also choose to schedule a session herself, but this is not guaranteed.
Our consultant will help you interpret your results, analyze your situation, and make recommendations for your next career steps to take your career to the next level.
REMARKS
1. Before the session, you must complete the test and submit your final report to the consultant via a dedicated form (you will receive all information after ordering).
2. It is also recommended to attach your current (and complete!) resume, as this will help the consultant better understand your situation and discover your key competencies.
